BrightSpire Talent was founded by Graham Salzer, an experienced school principal, senior school leader, and current Master’s in Education candidate at the Harvard Graduate School of Education.

For more than a decade, Graham worked inside schools, hiring and coaching teachers, managing complex teams, supporting families, and seeing firsthand how much the right people matter. A strong hire can lift a program, stabilize a team, and build trust with students and families. A weak or unfilled role can create stress across an entire organization.

That experience shapes everything we do. BrightSpire is not a generic recruiting firm that happens to work in education. We understand schools, educators, and education companies from the inside. We know how important it is to find people who are not only qualified on paper, but aligned with the mission, culture, pace, and expectations of the organization.

Our mission is simple: help schools and education organizations build strong, stable teams.
