BrightSpire was founded by Graham Salzer, an experienced school leader and current Master’s in Education candidate at the Harvard Graduate School of Education. Before launching BrightSpire, Graham served for over a decade as a school principal, where he led diverse teams, managed complex staffing challenges, and saw firsthand the critical impact that well-matched educators have on student success. His deep understanding of school operations — combined with his commitment to solving the nationwide staffing crisis — drives everything we do. At BrightSpire, we’re not just filling positions. We’re helping schools build the teams they need to create meaningful, consistent learning experiences for every student.
