BrightSpire was founded by Graham Salzer, an experienced school Principal, Superintendent and current Master’s in Education candidate at the Harvard Graduate School of Education. For more than a decade, Graham served as a principal and senior school leader, hiring and coaching teachers, managing complex teams, and feeling the ripple effects every time a key role was unfilled.

That experience shapes everything we do. BrightSpire is not a generic staffing firm that happens to work with schools. We are school people first and recruiters second. We understand how a mid-year SPED vacancy affects IEP compliance, how a missing SLP or counselor strains student support, and how a weak master schedule can undo months of planning.

Our mission is simple: help schools build strong, stable teams so students experience consistent, high-quality learning.
