If you hire a BrightSpire candidate, you pay a one-time placement fee tied to the candidate’s first-year salary.
Most licensed subject-area teachers fall toward the lower end of our fee range.
Highly specialized roles such as SLPs, Physical Therapists, and School Psychologists are toward the higher end.
30-day guarantee
If a hired candidate leaves within 30 days for any reason, we will replace them at no additional fee.
Non-exclusive partnership
You can keep recruiting through your normal channels. We act as an extension of your team, not a replacement for it.
